How it works

From signed contract to smooth closing — in four steps

Set up takes minutes. After that, every new deal follows the same effortless flow. You review; TransactIQ does the rest.

1

Upload the contract

Drag in the executed TREC PDF. Tell TransactIQ whether you're on the buyer or seller side — that's the only setup it needs.

2

Review the timeline

In about 30 seconds, parties, financials, and every deadline are extracted and laid out on an editable timeline. Tweak anything that needs it.

3

Let reminders fly

TransactIQ emails the right party as each deadline approaches — title, lender, inspector, buyer, seller — with the correct agent CC'd.

4

Approve the replies

When responses come in, AI drafts contextual replies and files attachments. You review, edit if needed, and send.

Step 1 · Upload

One drag-and-drop. No data entry.

Drop the contract PDF into TransactIQ. It accepts standard TREC forms, including DocuSign-flattened and scanned documents. Choose your side and you're done — the rest is automatic.

  • No templates to configure to get started
  • Uploaded files are processed, then removed

Step 2 · Review

A complete timeline, ready to verify

Questions

Common questions

What contracts does TransactIQ support?

TransactIQ is built around Texas TREC residential contracts and their common addenda. It reads the full document — including scanned and DocuSign-flattened PDFs — so dates on signature pages aren't missed.

Does it send emails on its own?

Reminders can run on a daily schedule once you turn them on, using clean templates. AI-drafted replies are never auto-sent — you review and approve each one. You're always in control of what leaves your inbox.

How does it connect to my email?

You connect your own Gmail securely through Google OAuth on the Settings page. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped only to you — there are no shared mailboxes or passwords.

Can it tell which side I represent?

Yes. You choose buyer or seller side per deal, and TransactIQ tailors the tasks, recipients, and due-date rules — and automatically CCs the correct agent on outgoing messages.

What happens to my uploaded files?

Uploaded contracts are processed to extract the fields and then removed from temporary storage. Documents that arrive as email attachments are filed against the matching transaction in your vault.
